Today’s layout is my favorite from the online sketch class I took last month (out of 20 sketches). This layout was made with:
- SU’s wintergreen paper
- CM’s border maker using the frame chain cartridge
- CM’s vellum accents
- CM’s stickers & embellishments
Thank you for looking today!

For today’s post, I used up some very old CM paper for a pack that came out probably 4 or 5 years ago. I also used some stickers from probably the same time frame. It is great to use up old stash! Thank you for checking in today. 🙂

I’m so thankful for this layout because I was having such an awesome day in these pictures.
For this layout, I used CM’s Romance and Vellum paper. I cut a large circle and then used the circle maker and punched several 1″ circles to put behind the big circle to make it looked scalloped. Added some stickers and the pictures of our group ready for the running to begin, then used my cricut to cut out some fun letters saying that our team was ready to go . We did, after all, have matching white T-shirts with a bride on the front and saying who we were on the back. (Mine said Mother of the Groom). Thank you for looking!

64 years ago today, my Mom & Dad were married. My Dad passed away in 2000, so I’ll be visiting the cemetary today with my Mom. In honor of this day, here’s a layout I did a few years ago …

This is my son’s kindergarten picture. Of course, I think it’s adorable. I used a designer print page, added the 8×10 photo (cropped a little); the right parenthesis; the vellum saying; then added a 4×6 photo of a cross-stitch picture I did for Chris commemorating his 1st day of school.

Here is my first Warmhearted Wednesday layout:
I wanted to do a really nice layout with this picture of my son when he was a high school freshman. I layered different designer print blue papers; added an awesome vellum expression; and then added the year to complete this layout that warms my heart.

Welcome to my first Mojo Monday post:
I think this is a great Mojo Monday layout because Team Amanda definitely had its Mojo going for the Running of the Brides-Boston 2009. My daughter-in-law found “the” dress here and it was an experience I’ll never forget and one that I was so thrilled to be a part of. For this layout I used the large round template; and cut several circles with the circle punch and taped them underneat the big circle. I used my cricut for the title words added some vellum, the photos, and swirls; and I ended up with a very Mojo happy layout! Thanks for looking…..

I became a Mom 29 years ago today, at 9:00 PM precisely, to my son Christopher. It was all I ever wanted – to be a Mom. It’s so hard to believe that it was 29 years ago; although in some ways, it does seem like forever ago. June 6 will always be a happy, happy day to me – the best day of my life.

I used Tie the Knot designer paper here that is so beautiful with the sparkly silver accents. I also used my cuttlebug and a sizzlit to cut out the black leaves. Then I added a vellum accent and it all equals a pretty page.

I made this acknowledgement card for my Mom to send out after we lost my brother Mark last year. I knew I wanted to make something as an honor to Mark, and I was proud of what I came up with. The poem is printed on vellum, and was written by my Great-Grandfather who passed away in 1980 at the age of 107. I also used the same card for myself to send to out to friends who had done something for me. The only difference was I taped down the picture that is to the right above, inside the card. I wanted a happy moment in this very sad card.
